During her 8 years working as Deputy General Manager at MFW, she demonstrated success aligning people in different levels towards one vision to bringing the institution as the microfinance market leader in Jordan, and successfully introduced Micro-insurance and numerous other products for microfinance clients.
Previous to MFW, Fatina was a consultant for more than 12 years. Her core tasks were: assessing the institutions capacity and delivering strategic plans for more than 50 Projects in the Public and Private Sector in the MENA Region. She has an expertise is re-engineering and restructuring institutions; she has also delivered training for multiple USAID programs.
Fatina holds a BSc. in Chemistry and a M.Sc. in Transformation Management from “Buckingham University”, London.
